What to expect before creating, sharing and subscribing.
Does the person receiving my card need an app?
No. Your published card opens in their browser. They can use your contact links, save your contact details or request that you contact them without an Identoo account.
Do I need to know how to build a website?
No. Guided setup asks for your name, a main action and a style. The Simple editor keeps everyday changes in one place, and Advanced mode gives you more control when you want it.
What does the trial include?
Closed-beta accounts receive 90 days of Founding Tester access for one live card, sharing, QR, contact requests and card analytics. Payment details are not required to start. Pro and Team are paid upgrades; they are not included in the Solo trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
An active paid subscription is needed to keep your public card available. Without one, the public card can become unavailable. Your saved card remains available in your account to edit or reactivate. Solo starts at R49 per month.
Can I update my card after sharing it?
Yes. Edit your draft, check the preview and publish your changes. Your existing card link stays the same. Draft changes stay separate from the published card until you publish.
Does Identoo include appointment scheduling?
You can connect your existing booking or calendar link as a main action. Identoo directs visitors to that service; it is not a separate appointment calendar.
Does it automatically follow up with people?
No. You stay in control. The contact inbox supports notes, next steps and follow-up dates, but it does not automatically send emails or messages.
Can I use it for a team?
Team supports up to ten active cards, workspace roles, shared brand controls, claim-card links and bulk card creation. Contact us about larger rollouts and the capacity you need.
